Place: Stryker Soccer Complex, Wichita, KS (29th and Greenwich Rd) - Hosted by Wichita State University
Date: October 24-26, 2003
Teams: Max of 8 teams selected from Kansas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, and Missouri.
Bids: Tournament champions receives an automatic bid to the NIRSA National Tournament.

Entry Fee: $375 (MACSL teams will have their entry fee paid by the TCSL, non TCSL or MACSL teams will have to pay this fee)

Deadline: Entry fees must be received by October 20, 2003. Roster must be received by October 20, 2003.
Game Information/Format: Qualifying rounds will consist of pool play with teams advancing to bracket play. Every team is guaranteed to be scheduled for a minimum of three games**
** Unanticipated cancellations by teams may result in byes, which will effect the number of games each team participates in.
Scoring Method: Win = 3 points; Tie = 1 point; Loss = 0 points
Tiebreaker Procedures: If two or more teams in a pool have an identical point total, the tie breaker procedure, in order, will be:
a. Record in head-to-head competition
b. High point differential (goals scored minus goals allowed)
c. Total goals scored
d. Coin toss
Eligibility: All members of a team must be enrolled three-fourths of full-time enrollment as an undergraduate or for six graduate credit hours at the institution they represent for the term/semester of the championships. Current professional players (anytime during the calendar year of 2003) or current NCAA or NAIA varsity soccer players (2003-2004 school year) are not eligible to participate. Teams are limited to no more than 3 former varsity or semi-pro athletes on their roster. A varsity athelte is defined as: a student who by definition of the 2 or 4-year college/university’s athletic department has been listed on the school’s active varsity roster for the college/university team in at least one scheduled athletic contest. The exception to this rule will be students whose only hear of activity was as a red-shirt. They will not count as a former varsity athlete. Eligibility and student status must be verified and recorded on the Player Certification Form ONLY!
Rules: The tournament will be governed by NCAA rules with NIRSA National Team modifications.
TEAM PLAYERS MUST PRESENT A PHOTO ID AT EVERY CONTEST. PLAYERS THAT DO NOT HAVE A PHOTO ID WILL NOT PLAY.
EACH TEAM MUST CHECK-IN AT THE GAME SITE 1 (one) HOUR PRIOR TO THEIR SCHEDULED CONTEST.
Rosters: Should be sent via email to John Lee at john.lee@wichita.edu by October 20, 2003. Rosters should include name, uniform number, social security number, and classification. This roster must be certified by your sport club director or Registrar!

Inclement Weather Statement: The regional tournament may be altered and or canceled in the event of inclement weather or poor field conditions. Games may be shortened, postponed or canceled. In the event of a tournament cancellation, bids will be awarded based upon the rankings.
