Point of no returnはLevinson’s Theoryのなかで、At the thirty transition individuals realize that they are nearing the "point of no return"

Life goes onはDeathのセクションで。The loss of persons we love is truly one of the deepest sorrows of human life; but， as one Italian saying puts it，"La vita continua"-"Life goes on"-as it must.
